to promote fundraising for foreign non-governmental organization aid during the period 2006-2010

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

At the proposal of the Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Non-Governmental Organizations.

DECISION:

Article 1. Issuing the "National Program to Promote Fundraising for Foreign Non-Governmental Organization Aid during the Period 2006-2010" with the aim of strengthening management and enhancing the effectiveness of cooperation with foreign non-governmental organizations.

Article 2. The Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Non-Governmental Organizations shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the National Program to Promote Fundraising for Foreign Non-Governmental Organization Aid during the Period 2006-2010.

Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under central city administrations, based on the National Program to Promote Fundraising for Foreign Non-Governmental Organization Aid during the Period 2006-2010, shall develop and implement their respective programs to promote fundraising for foreign non-governmental organization aid at the ministry, sector, and local levels.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, AND CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
