Issuing the Regulation on Supervision and Inspection of the Inspection Team's Activities

GENERAL INSPECTOR

Based on the Inspection Law dated June 15, 2004;

Based on Decree No. 41/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 25, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Inspection Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 65/2008/NĐ-CP dated May 20, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Government Inspectorate;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. The "Regulation on Supervision and Inspection of the Inspection Team's Activities" is attached to this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to ministries, Chairpersons of Provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, and Heads of state agencies related to the matter; Heads of Inspectors at all levels and sectors; Heads of departments, bureaus, and units under the Government Inspectorate are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
