Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on the Conclusion, Accession and Implementation of International Treaties dated January 1, 2006;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Trade in the Report No. 7662/TM-KV2 dated December 11, 2006.
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the Economic Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of Slovakia, signed on October 16, 2006 in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Article 2. The Agreement shall apply all its contents during the implementation period.
Article 3. The Ministry of Trade is responsible for guiding the implementation of the Agreement.
Article 4. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall complete the relevant diplomatic procedures as prescribed and notify the related agencies of the effective date of the aforementioned Agreement.
