Issuing Guidelines for Establishing Economic and Technical Norms in the Management, Operation, and Protection of Irrigation Works

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to the Ordinance on the Exploitation and Protection of Irrigation Works No. 32/2001/PL-UBTVQH10 dated April 4, 2001;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 143/2003/ND-CP dated November 28, 2003 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on the Exploitation and Protection of Irrigation Works;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 115/2008/ND-CP dated November 14, 2008 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of the Decree No. 143/2003/ND-CP dated November 28, 2003 of the Government;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Irrigation Department,

Pursuant to …;:

Article 1. The Guidelines for Establishing Economic and Technical Norms in the Management, Operation, and Protection of Irrigation Works are hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Irrigation Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of the provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Heads of relevant agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
