DECREE-LAW

No. 28 NV dated March 15, 1946

CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Upon the proposal of the Minister of National Defense,

After the Council of Ministers has agreed,

ISSUES THE DECREE-LAW:

Article 1: Appoints Mr. Ta Quang Buu to the position of Deputy Minister of National Defense.

Article 2: The Minister of National Defense shall implement this Decree-Law.
