DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Issuing the Environmental Protection Regulation of the Construction Industry
MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to the Law on Environmental Protection dated December 27, 1993;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 4, 1994 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 175/CP dated October 18, 1994 of the Government guiding the implementation of the Law on Environmental Protection;
Pursuant to Directive No. 36-CT/TW dated June 26, 1998 of the Politburo on environmental protection work during the period of industrialization and modernization.
Considering the proposal by the Director of the Science and Technology Department and the Director of the Legal Affairs Department;
DECISION
Article 1. To promulgate with this Decision "Environmental Protection Regulation for the Construction Industry".
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the Science and Technology Department, and units under the Construction Industry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
