DECREE NO. 29/2000/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 4, 2000 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMUNES BELONGING TO YEN MO DISTRICT, NINH BINH PROVINCE
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Binh Province and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Department of the Government,
DECREE DECIDE:
Article 1. The following communes belonging to Yen Mo District, Ninh Binh Province are hereby established:
1. Establish Yen Hung Commune based on 344.73 hectares of natural area and 4,437 population from Yen My Commune.
Yen Hung Commune has 344.73 hectares of natural area and 4,437 population.
Administrative boundaries of Yen Hung Commune: East borders Yen Phu Commune; West borders Yen Hoa and Yen Thanh Communes; South borders Yen My Commune; North borders Yen Hoa and Yen Phu Communes.
After adjusting administrative boundaries, Yen My Commune will have 474.03 hectares of natural area and 5,906 population.
2. Establish Mai Son Commune based on 452.8 hectares of natural area and 5,211 population from Khanh Thượng Commune.
Mai Son Commune has 452.8 hectares of natural area and 5,211 population.
Administrative boundaries of Mai Son Commune: East borders Khanh Thượng Commune; West borders Tam Diep City and Hoa Lu District; South borders Yen Thang Commune; North borders Hoa Lu District.
After adjusting administrative boundaries, Khanh Thượng Commune will have 878.1 hectares of natural area and 7,114 population.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect from the date of signature. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are abolished.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Binh Province, the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Department of the Government, and the Heads of relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
