DECISION

MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT
BASED ON DECREE NO. 22/CP dated MAY 22, 1993 of THE GOVERNMENT on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology and Environment;
Pursuant to Decision No. 82/2001/QĐ-TTg dated May 24, 2001 of the Prime Minister approving the orientation, objectives, tasks of key science and technology programs and the list of national key science and technology programs for the 2001-2005 period;
Pursuant to Decision No. 19/2001/QĐ-BKHCNMT on the approval of the main objectives and contents of the National Key Science and Technology Program for the 2001-2005 period: "Research and Development of Biotechnology"
