Pursuant to Decree No. 81/CP dated November 8, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Pursuant to Decision No. 47/1999/QĐ-BVHTT dated July 16, 1999 of the Minister of Culture and Information on the functions, tasks, and organization of the Grassroots Culture and Information Department;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Grassroots Culture and Information Department and the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department.

Article 1:To separate the Information Management - Exhibition - Advertising Room into the Exhibition Promotion Information Room and the Advertising Room under the Grassroots Culture and Information Department.
Article 2: The Director of the Grassroots Culture and Information Department shall specify the specific tasks of the Exhibition Promotion Information Room and the Advertising Room; arrange and assign staff members of the two rooms according to state regulations and those of the Ministry of Culture and Information.
Article 3: THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Abolish Point 4, Clause 2, Article 3 of Decision No. 47/1999/QĐ-BVHTT dated July 16, 1999 of the Minister of Culture and Information regarding the functions and tasks of the Grassroots Culture and Information Department.
Article 4: The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, the Planning Department, the Finance and Accounting Department, and the Director of the Grassroots Culture and Information Department are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
