PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 52/CP dated August 16, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Vietnam Television;
At the proposal of the General Director of Vietnam Television and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Department of the Government,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Foreign Editorial Board under Vietnam Television is hereby established.
Article 2. The General Director of Vietnam Television shall specify in detail the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Foreign Editorial Board.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
The General Director of Vietnam Television and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Department of the Government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
