Regarding the establishment of the Vietnam Securities Business Association
THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 on the right to establish Associations;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Considering the proposal of the Steering Committee for the establishment of the Vietnam Securities Business Association, the proposal of the State Securities Commission, and the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations,
DECISION:
Article 1. Permission is hereby granted to establish the Vietnam Securities Business Association.
Article 2. The Vietnam Securities Business Association shall organize and operate in accordance with the Statutes of the Association approved by the Minister of Home Affairs and shall be subject to state management by the State Securities Commission in securities activities.
The Vietnam Securities Business Association shall finance its own operating expenses and means.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Chairman of the Vietnam Securities Business Association, the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, and the Head of the Ministry's Office are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
