DECISION
ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE VIETNAM ASSOCIATION FOR REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING TECHNOLOGY
MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 25, 1957 on the right to establish associations;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 88/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 2003 on organization, operation, and management of associations;
Considering the proposal of the Steering Committee for the establishment of the Vietnam Association for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology, the proposal of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and that of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To permit the establishment of the Vietnam Association for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology.
Article 2. The Vietnam Association for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology shall organize and operate in accordance with its Charter approved by the Minister of Home Affairs, and be subject to state management by the Ministry of Science and Technology in its activities.
The Vietnam Association for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology shall finance its own operations and means of operation.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Chairman of the Vietnam Association for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology, the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, and the Director General of the Ministry's Office are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
