THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents dated December 6, 2002;

Pursuant to Decree No. 101/CP dated September 23, 1997 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Legal Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Now hereby announces the List of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development up to December 31, 2004, which have ceased to be legally effective, comprising 61 documents (Attached list).

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, provincial people's committees, centrally governed cities, and units under, affiliated with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development are responsible for implementing this Decision.
