THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 36/2003/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 4, 2003, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT;
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS ONE VIETNAMESE CONSTRUCTION STANDARD: The Directors of the Office of the Ministry, Heads of the Science and Technology Department, and Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The officials: Director of the Ministry's Office, Head of the Science and Technology Department, and Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
