Issuing the Regulation on the organization and operation
of Phuc Yen College of Industry

MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decision No. 56/2003/QĐ-BGDĐT dated December 10, 2003 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Charter of Colleges;
Considering the proposal of the Rector of Phuc Yen College of Industry at Report No. 20/TTr-CNPY dated July 25, 2006;
At the recommendation of the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Rules on organization and operation of Phuc Yen College of Industry are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Inspectorate, Departments, Agencies, Units under the Ministry, and the Rector of Phuc Yen College of Industry are responsible for implementing this Decision./
