THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

Pursuant to Decree No. 49/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Pursuant to Decree No. 116/2003/NĐ-CP dated October 10, 2003 of the Government on recruitment, utilization, and management of cadres and civil servants in state-owned public institutions;

Pursuant to Decision No. 27/2003/QĐ-TTg dated February 19, 2003 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Regulations on Appointment, Reappointment, Rotation, Resignation, and Removal from Office of Cadres and Civil Servants in Leadership Positions;

Pursuant to Circular No. 10/2004/TT-BNV dated February 19, 2004 of the Ministry of Home Affairs guiding the implementation of certain provisions of Decree No. 116/2003/NĐ-CP of the Government;

Article 1The attached to this Decision "Regulations on Appointment, Reappointment, Rotation, Resignation, and Removal from Office of Cadres and Civil Servants in Leadership Positions in Units Under the Ministry of Health"

Article 2This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations that conflict with these Regulations are hereby abolished.

Article 3The officials: Director of the Office, Directors of the Personnel Department, Heads of Departments, Heads of Bureaus, Inspector General of the Ministry of Health, and Heads of units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
