WHEREAS Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam 1992, as amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the Tenth National Assembly, tenth session;
On the basis of Article 19 of the National Assembly Organization Law;
WHEREAS Article 51 of the Law on Legislative Documents;
NOW PROMULGATES:
Decree on rural police
HAS BEEN APPROVED by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, the twelfth term, on November 21, 2008./.
