THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 189/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Implementing the directive of the Prime Minister as stated in Notification No. 109/TB-VPCP dated April 26, 2008 of the Government Office regarding coal production, business operations, and measures to address illegal mining, processing, and trading of coal within the Province of Quang Ninh;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heavy Industry Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Regulations on Managing Floating Coal Resources within the Province of Quang Ninh are hereby issued with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Inspectorate, Departments, Bureaus, Heads of units under the Ministry, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
