THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

Pursuant to the Law "5. The pre-tax weighted average cost of capital i (%) is determined according to the formula below:to prevent and combat corruption on December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Officials and Civil Servants dated February 26, 1998, the Ordinance amending and supplementing certain articles of the Ordinance on Officials and Civil Servants Cdated April 28, 2000, and the Ordinance amending and supplementing certain articles of the Ordinance on Officials and Civil Servants Cdated April 29, 2003;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 188/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health.

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres - Ministry of Health,

DECISION:

Article 1. Issued together with this Decision "The Code of Conduct for officials and civil servants in healthcare public institutions".

Article 2. Officials, civil servants, employees working in healthcare public institutions from central to local levels, referred to as healthcare officials and civil servants, are responsible for implementing this Code of Conduct.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Directors of all Departments, the Directors of all Bureaus, and the Director of the General Department of Population and Family Planning are responsible for guiding, inspecting, and supervising the implementation of this Code of Conduct.

The Directors of Health Services of provinces and centrally-administered cities, the Heads of Health Services of sectors, and the Heads of units under the Ministry of Health are responsible for disseminating, publicly posting, and organizing the implementation of this Code of Conduct for healthcare officials and civil servants under their jurisdiction./.
