CIRCULAR
Issuing National Technical Regulations on the Quality of Raw Sugarcane

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; and Decree 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby issues this Circular on National Technical Regulations on the Quality of Raw Sugarcane.
Article 1. Attached herewith are the National Technical Regulations on the Quality of Raw Sugarcane
Designation: QCVN 01 - 98: 2012/MARD
Article 2. This Circular takes effect six months from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Director of the Processing, Trade Department of Agriculture, Forestry, Aquaculture and Salt Industry, heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing these regulations.
During the implementation process, if there are difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study, amendment, and supplementation./.
