AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING SOME ARTICLES OF THE CIRCULAR NO. 32/2013/TT-BTC DATED MARCH 19, 2013 OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON REGULATIONS FOR THE COLLECTION, PAYMENT, MANAGEMENT AND USE OF FEES FOR DRIVING TESTS AND LICENSE FEES FOR MOTOR VEHICLES IN THE PEOPLE'S POLICE

Pursuant to the Road Traffic Law No. 23/2008/QH12 dated November 13, 2008;

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Fees and Charges No. 38/2001/UBTVQH10 dated August 28, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 215/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 23, 2013 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure

Pursuant to Decree No. 215/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 23, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

At the proposal of the Director of the Policy Department;

The Minister of Finance issues this Circular amending and supplementing some Articles of the Circular No. 32/2013/TT-BTC dated March 19, 2013 of the Minister of Finance on regulations for the collection, payment, management and use of fees for driving tests and license fees for motor vehicles in the People's Police, as follows:

Article

1. Article 1 shall be amended and supplemented as follows:

“Article 1. Recipient effective fromung
