Issuing Economic and Technical Standards for Information and Data Work

on Meteorology and Hydrology

Pursuant to the Law on Archives No. 01/2011/QH13 dated November 11, 2011; Pursuant to the Law on Meteorology and Hydrology No. 90/2015/QH13 dated November 23, 2015;

Pursuant to Decree No. 38/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Meteorology and Hydrology; Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

At the proposal of the Director General of the National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the Head of the Department of Planning and Finance, and the Head of the Legal Department;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular on Economic and Technical Standards

for Information and Data Work on Meteorology and Hydrology.

Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates Economic and Technical Standards for Information and Data Work on Meteorology and Hydrology attached hereto..

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 11, 2019.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, Government-attached agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

During implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, please promptly report to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for consideration and resolution./. DEPUTY MINISTER
