OF THE MINISTRY OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Supplementary guidance on regional allowance system

Pursuant to the conclusion of the Prime Minister at Government Office Notification No. 264/TB dated October 29, 1993 regarding the resolution of urgent issues related to the implementation of the new salary system; after reaching consensus with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs supplements the subjects eligible for regional allowances as follows:

Supplementing Article II of Circular No. 15/LDTBXH-TT dated June 2, 1993 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the subjects entitled to regional allowances include:

War invalids and veterans receiving monthly benefits at the prescribed rate.

The principles for determining, calculating, and funding regional allowances shall be guided as set forth in Circular No. 15/LDTBXH-TT dated June 2, 1993 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

This Circular takes effect from April 1, 1993./.
