029/SL ON JUNE 6, 1957
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/SL dated April 22, 1946 and Decree No. 71/SL dated May 22, 1946 establishing the rules of the People's Army of Vietnam,
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/SL dated July 11, 1950 organizing the Ministry of National Defense - Command Headquarters,
At the proposal of the Minister of National Defense,
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
Appoints Mr. Pham Ngoc Ho, a Division Commander-level cadre, to serve as Political Commissar of the Northeast Military Region.
Article 2
The Minister of National Defense shall implement this Decree.
