PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 131/2006/NĐ-CP dated November 9, 2006 of the Government promulgating the Regulations on Management and Use of Official Development Assistance Resources;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment.

DECISION:

Article 1. Approving the Project "Orientation for Attracting and Utilizing Official Development Assistance (ODA) Resources Period 2006-2010" (attached hereto).

Article 2. The Minister of Planning and Investment shall submit to the Prime Minister within three months from the date this Decision takes effect, for approval, the Action Plan to implement the Project.

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 4. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, AND CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
