DECISION
REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF THE OVERALL PLAN FOR THE REORGANIZATION AND MODERNIZATION OF STATE ENTERPRISES UNDER THE MINISTRY OF AQUATIC RESOURCES FOR THE PERIOD 2003-2005
STATE ENTERPRISES UNDER THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF TAY NINH PROVINCE UNTIL
2005
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Based on Directive No. 01/2003/CT-TTg dated January 16, 2003 of the Government Chairman on continuing to promote the restructuring, modernization, development, and improvement of efficiency of state-owned enterprises;
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Corporation, opinions of the Ministries of Industry, Planning and Investment, Finance, Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs,
CONSIDERING the proposal of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province (Circular No. 421/UB dated November 13, 2002, Circular No. 254/ĐA-UB dated July 9, 2002, Circular No. 479/UB dated December 25, 2002); the opinions of the Ministries: Planning and Investment (Circular No. 6150 BKH/DN dated September 25, 2002), Finance (Circular No. 10609 TC/TCDN dated October 1, 2002), Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (Circular No. 3178/LĐTBXH-CSLĐVL dated September 23, 2002), Home Affairs (Circular No. 258/BNV-TCBC dated September 18, 2002), Agriculture and Rural Development (Circular No. 4334 BNN/TCCB dated November 8, 2002).
DECISION:
Article 1. APPROVE the overall restructuring plan for state enterprises under the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province until 2005 as attached.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province shall be responsible for directing the implementation of the restructuring of state enterprises under its jurisdiction in accordance with the approved content and schedule. Any adjustments or supplements to the Plan must be approved by the Prime Minister.
Article 3. The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and related agencies shall cooperate with the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province in implementing the aforementioned Plan.
The Steering Committee for Enterprise Renewal and Development shall be responsible for supervising, guiding, and monitoring the implementation of this Plan, and at the same time making recommendations to
