DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the approval of the Plan for the reorganization and modernization of state-owned farms
of the People's Committee of Nam Dinh Province
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 170/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 22, 2004 on continuing the reorganization, modernization, and development of state-owned farms;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Dinh Province,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the Plan for the reorganization and modernization of state-owned farms under Nam Dinh Province as follows:
Continuing to consolidate and improve production efficiency:
- Bạch Long farm;
- Rạng Đông farm.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Dinh Province directs the implementation of the reorganization and modernization of state-owned farms as provided in Article 1 of this Decision.
Article 3. The Ministries of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Planning and Investment, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs, and related agencies have the responsibility to coordinate with the People's Committee of Nam Dinh Province in implementing this Plan.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall be responsible for monitoring the implementation of this Decision.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Dinh Province and the heads of related agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision.
