Regarding the classification of national monuments
MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Considering Circular No. 2980/TTr-UBND dated October 17, 2008 of the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province and the monument dossier;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Monuments Administration,
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6National Monument Classification:
ARCHITECTURAL ART MONUMENT
SON DUNG TEMPLE - AN PHUC PAGODA
SON DUNG COMMUNE, LAM THAO DISTRICT, PHU THO PROVINCE
The protected area of the monument is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentPeople's Committees at all levels where the monuments classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the monuments within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the National Monuments Administration, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Tho Province, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
