THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 202/QD-TTg dated February 5, 2010 of the Prime Minister on providing famine relief rice to localities during the 2010 Tet holiday and the early lean period of 2010, and Decision No. 219/QD-TTg dated February 6, 2010 of the Prime Minister on providing famine relief rice during the early lean period of 2010 in Phu Tho province;
At the request of the Director General of the State Reserve Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. The National Reserve Corporation shall provide 8,000 tons of rice from the state reserve without charge for famine relief during the 2010 Tet holiday and the early lean period of 2010 for the following provinces: Ha Tinh: 1,500 tons; Binh Dinh: 2,500 tons; and Phu Tho: 4,000 tons.
Article 2. The National Reserve Corporation shall coordinate with the People's Committees of the aforementioned provinces to promptly organize the delivery and receipt of rice at district and county centers according to the provincial allocation plan.
The National Reserve Corporation shall reduce the state reserve capital by the quantity of rice mentioned above at the recorded accounting price and report the final settlement of the relief goods in accordance with regulations.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Director of the National Reserve Corporation, the Head of the State Budget Department, the Head of the Planning and Finance Department, the Director of the Price Management Department, and the Chief of the Ministry's Office are responsible for implementing this Decision.
