DECISION OF THE MINISTER
MINISTRY OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
On the classification of national relics
At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department.
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Government Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 detailing certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 185/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Considering the letter No. 2263/TTr-UBND dated August 12, 2008 of the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province and the relic dossier;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Management Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. National Relic Classification:
ARCHAEOLOGICAL RELIC
PHUNG NGAU
COMMUNE KINH KET, DISTRICT LAM THAO, PROVINCE PHU THO
The protected area of the relic is determined according to the Minutes and map of the relic protection areas in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the relics within their respective duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Tho Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
