BASED ON THE LAW ON CULTURAL HERITAGE AND DECREE NO. 92/2002/ND-CP OF NOVEMBER 11, 2002 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE LAW ON CULTURAL HERITAGE;
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
CONSIDERING THE LETTER NO. 3073/UBND-VX OF NOVEMBER 7, 2008 FROM THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HA TINH PROVINCE AND THE DOCUMENTATION OF THE HERITAGE SITE;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE HERITAGE MANAGEMENT AGENCY,
DECISION:
Article 1. THE RATING OF NATIONAL HERITAGE SITES:
HISTORICAL HERITAGE SITE
NEN SHRINE
THANH THACH COMMUNE, THACH HA DISTRICT, HA TINH PROVINCE
THE PROTECTED AREA OF THE HERITAGE SITE IS DETERMINED ACCORDING TO THE MINUTES AND MAPS OF THE PROTECTED AREAS IN THE DOCUMENTATION.
Article 2. THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AT ALL LEVELS WHERE THE HERITAGE SITES LISTED IN ARTICLE 1 OF THIS DECISION ARE LOCATED SHALL PERFORM STATE ADMINISTRATION OVER THE HERITAGE SITES WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THEIR DUTIES AND AUTHORITY AS PROVIDED BY THE LEGISLATION ON CULTURAL HERITAGE.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
ARTICLE 4. Chang of the Office of the Heritage Management Agency, Director of the Heritage Management Agency, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Tinh Province, and relevant organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
