At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department.

WHEREAS the Investment Law on November 26, 2014;Pursuant to the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain Articles of the Cultural Heritage Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

Considering Circular No. 6146/UBND-VX dated September 22, 2008 of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province and the relic dossier;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Cultural Heritage Department,notification,

DECISION:

Article 1. Classify the National Relic:

HISTORICAL AND ART ARCHITECTURAL RELIC

HOU TEMPLE

THANH YEN COMMUNE, THANH CHUONG DISTRICT, NGHE AN PROVINCE

The protected area of the relic is determined according to the Minutes and map of the relic protection areas in the dossier.

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management of the relics within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Cultural Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Nghe An Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
