Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to Decision No. 537/QĐ-TTg dated May 10, 1999 of the Prime Minister on solutions for the production activities of Ha Bac Ammonium Nitrate and Chemicals Company;
Based on the proposal of the General Director of Vietnam Chemical Corporation (Letter No. 187/CV-TCNS dated May 24, 1999) and the Head of the Organization and Cadres Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish Ha Bac Chemical Machinery Company under Vietnam Chemical Corporation, based on the separation of the Mechanical Workshop from Ha Bac Ammonium Nitrate and Chemicals Company.
Ha Bac Chemical Machinery Company is a state-owned enterprise with independent accounting, having legal personality, its own seal, and bank accounts.
The main office of the Company is located in Bac Giang City, Bac Giang Province.
Article 2. Main business activities:
- Designing, manufacturing equipment, spare parts, machine components
- Repair services for machinery and equipment, replacement of spare parts;
- Import and export of machinery, equipment, mechanical spare parts.
Article 3. Total capital: 10,154 billion VND (ten billion one hundred fifty-four million VND)

Article 4. Vietnam Chemical Corporation is responsible for directing Ha Bac Ammonium Nitrate and Chemicals Company, the Mechanical Workshop under Ha Bac Ammonium Nitrate and Chemicals Company, and Ha Bac Chemical Machinery Company in accordance with the regulations of the State regarding handover procedures.
Ha Bac Chemical Machinery Company is responsible for completing all necessary procedures to register for business operations and operate in accordance with the law and the Charter of the Company approved by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Chemical Corporation.
Article 5. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of signature.
Article 6. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Head of the Ministry's Inspectorate, Heads of relevant Departments of the Ministry, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the General Director of Vietnam Chemical Corporation, and the Director of Ha Bac Chemical Machinery Company are responsible for implementing this decision.
