Regarding the establishment of the Enterprise Management Reform Board at

the National Agricultural Supplies Corporation

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated January 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

To implement Directive No. 20/1998/CT-TTg dated April 21, 1998 of the Prime Minister on accelerating restructuring and reforming state-owned enterprises: considering the proposal of the National Agricultural Supplies Corporation and the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The Enterprise Management Reform Board at the National Agricultural Supplies Corporation is hereby established, consisting of the following individuals:

1.1. Mr. Dang Xuan Ngoc, Chairman of the Board of Directors - Head of the Board;

1.2. Mr. Tran Van Khanh, General Director, Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Board;

1.3. Mr. Nguyen Duc Chu, Chief Accountant of the Corporation, Permanent Member;

1.4. Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Cham, Chairman of the Trade Union of the Corporation, Member;

1.5. Mr. Le Van Nien, Head of the Cadre and Civil Service Department of the Corporation, Member;

1.6. Ms. Le Thi Mai Huong, Head of the Planning and Business Department, Member.

Article 2. The Enterprise Management Reform Board at the National Agricultural Supplies Corporation shall have the main tasks as follows:

2.1. Based on the program, plan, and guidance of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on enterprise reform and shareholding, develop a plan for enterprise reform and shareholding of the Corporation for the leadership of the Corporation to consider and submit to the leadership of the Ministry;

2.2. Implement the plan for enterprise reform and shareholding of the Corporation after the plan has been approved by the Ministry;

2.3. Supervise, urge, and guide the Enterprise Management Reform Boards at member units to fulfill their tasks of enterprise reform and shareholding;

2.4. Carry out necessary specialized work according to the guidance of the Enterprise Management Reform Board of the Ministry.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. Decisions previously issued regarding the establishment of the Enterprise Management Reform Board and the Shareholding Board at the National Agricultural Supplies Corporation are hereby repealed.

Article 4. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry, the Board of Directors of the National Agricultural Supplies Corporation, the Head of the Enterprise Management Reform Board at the National Agricultural Supplies Corporation, and the individuals named in Article 1 above are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
