REGARDING THE TRANSFER OF KINDERGARTEN SCHOOLS (DAY CARE CENTERS AND PRESCHOOL CLASSES) BELONGING TO THE QUANG NINH MINING CHEMICAL FACTORY (CHEMICAL MINING COMPANY, A SUBSIDIARY OF THE VIETNAM COAL CORPORATION) TO THE MANAGEMENT OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF QUANG NINH PROVINCE
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
BASED ON THE OPINION OF THE PRIME MINISTER IN DOCUMENT NO. 14/CP-ĐMDN DATED FEBRUARY 2, 2000 AND THE CONCLUSIONS AT THE MEETING TO IMPLEMENT BETWEEN RELATED MINISTRIES, SECTORS, AND LOCALITIES (ANNOUNCED IN DOCUMENT NO. 04/TB-VP DATED MARCH 29, 2000 BY THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY);
AT THE REQUEST OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE VIETNAM COAL CORPORATION (PRESENTED IN DOCUMENT NO. 387CV/HĐQT DATED NOVEMBER 17, 1999 AND DOCUMENT NO. 1064/CV-TCCB DATED APRIL 27, 2000) AND THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. TRANSFER THE ENTIRE STATE OF THE KINDERGARTEN SCHOOLS BELONGING TO THE QUANG NINH MINING CHEMICAL FACTORY (CHEMICAL MINING COMPANY, A SUBSIDIARY OF THE VIETNAM COAL CORPORATION) TO THE MANAGEMENT OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF QUANG NINH PROVINCE, INCLUDING:
1. IN THE CITY OF HALONG: TWO DAY CARE CENTER CLASSES; TWO PRESCHOOL CLASSES.
2. IN THE CITY OF CÁM PHẢ: ONE COMBINED CLASS.
Article 2. THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM COAL CORPORATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR WORKING WITH THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF QUANG NINH PROVINCE TO DIRECT THE TRANSFER IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT NATIONAL REGULATIONS.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous documents that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS, THE DIRECTORS OF THE BUREAUS, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, AND THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM COAL CORPORATION, THE DIRECTOR OF THE CHEMICAL MINING COMPANY, THE DIRECTOR OF THE QUANG NINH MINING CHEMICAL FACTORY, AND THE PRINCIPAL OF THE KINDERGARTEN SCHOOL BELONGING TO THE QUANG NINH MINING CHEMICAL FACTORY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
