DECISION
Regarding the merger of Hoa Binh Paper Factory into Viet Tri Paper Company
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Considering the proposal of Vietnam Paper Joint Stock Corporation (memorandum number 343/TT-HĐQT dated March 5, 2001) regarding the merger of Hoa Binh Paper Factory into Viet Tri Paper Company;
At the recommendation of the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department;
Pursuant to the authority delegated by the Prime Minister in the letter number 396/CP-ĐMDN dated May 14, 2001 of the Prime Minister regarding the merger of Hoa Binh Paper Factory into Viet Tri Paper Company,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Hoa Binh Paper Factory, a member enterprise of Vietnam Paper Joint Stock Corporation, shall be merged into the Viet Tri Paper Company, a member enterprise of Vietnam Paper Joint Stock Corporation.
Article 2. Vietnam Paper Joint Stock Corporation shall be responsible for directing and guiding the merger of Hoa Binh Paper Factory into Viet Tri Paper Company in accordance with the prescribed procedures of the State.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature. Abolish previous Decisions that conflict with this Decision.
The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, the Chairman of the Board of Management and the General Director of Vietnam Paper Joint Stock Corporation, the Director of Viet Tri Paper Company, and the Director of Hoa Binh Paper Factory shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
