DECISION
Regarding the establishment of the Religious Affairs Board of Thai Binh Province

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated June 21, 1994;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh Province, the Head of the Religious Affairs Board of the Government, and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Board of the Government,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Religious Affairs Board under the People's Committee of Thai Binh Province based on the Religious Affairs Office under the People's Council and People's Committee of Thai Binh Province.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh Province shall specify in detail the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Religious Affairs Board of Thai Binh Province.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh Province, the Head of the Religious Affairs Board of the Government, and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Board of the Government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
