DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT

Regarding the issuance of Industry Standards

 

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION

 

Pursuant to the Road Traffic Law No. 26/2001/QH10 dated June 29, 2001;

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Product Quality No. 18/1999/PL-UBTVQH10 dated December 24, 1999;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department and the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency,

 

DECISION:

 

Article 1This Decision promulgates the following Industry Standard:

"Road Motor Vehicles - Trailers and Semi-trailers - General Safety Requirements"

Registration number: 22 TCN 327 - 05

Article 2THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.

Article 3. Types of trailers and semi-trailers that have been issued quality certificates before the effective date of this Decision are permitted to continue production and assembly for a period of twelve months.

Article 4The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Department of Science and Technology, the Department of Transport, the Department of Legal Affairs, the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency, the Director of the Vietnam Road Administration, the Directors of the Departments of Transport and Public Works, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
