THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department (Report No. 333/BVTV-HCTC dated April 26, 2005) and the Head of the Organization and Cadres Affairs Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Reorganize the Plant Quarantine Export and Import Division of the Plant Quarantine Region II Inspection Office under the Plant Protection Department into two divisions:
- Plant Quarantine Export Division
- Plant Quarantine Import Division.
Article 2. The Minister authorizes the Director of the Plant Protection Department to specify the specific duties for the reorganized divisions as provided in Article 1 of this Decision.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. Abolish the provision at Point c of Section 2.1 Clause 2 Article 3 of Decision No. 22/2004/QĐ-BNN-TCCB dated July 30, 2004 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Plant Quarantine Region II Inspection Office.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office of the Ministry, the Heads of the Organization and Cadres Affairs Department, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Heads of related units under the Ministry, and the Director of the Plant Quarantine Region II Inspection Office are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
