BASED ON THE EDUCATION LAW ON JUNE 14, 2005; BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 86/2002/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 5, 2002 OF THE GOVERNMENT DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENTAL BODIES AT THE MINISTRY LEVEL;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 85/2003/NĐ-CP OF JULY 18, 2003 OF THE GOVERNMENT DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING;

PURSUANT TO THE CONCLUSION OF THE REVIEW BOARD FOR THE CHAM LANGUAGE TEACHING PROGRAMME FOR OFFICIALS AND GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES WORKING IN ETHNIC REGIONS AND MOUNTAINOUS AREAS ON FEBRUARY 11, 2006;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION.

Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE CHAM LANGUAGE TEACHING PROGRAMME FOR OFFICIALS AND GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES WORKING IN ETHNIC REGIONS AND MOUNTAINOUS AREAS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE. THE CHAM LANGUAGE PROGRAMME ATTACHED HERETO SHALL SERVE AS THE BASIS FOR COMPILING TEXTBOOKS AND TEACHING MATERIALS FOR CHAM LANGUAGE TRAINING FOR OFFICIALS AND GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES WORKING IN ETHNIC REGIONS AND MOUNTAINOUS AREAS.
Article 3. THE SECRETARY OF THE OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION, THE HEADS OF THE UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, AND THE CHAIRMEN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF THE PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
