Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE CHAM LANGUAGE TEACHING PROGRAMME FOR OFFICIALS AND GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES WORKING IN ETHNIC REGIONS AND MOUNTAINOUS AREAS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE. THE CHAM LANGUAGE PROGRAMME ATTACHED HERETO SHALL SERVE AS THE BASIS FOR COMPILING TEXTBOOKS AND TEACHING MATERIALS FOR CHAM LANGUAGE TRAINING FOR OFFICIALS AND GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES WORKING IN ETHNIC REGIONS AND MOUNTAINOUS AREAS.
Article 3. THE SECRETARY OF THE OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION, THE HEADS OF THE UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, AND THE CHAIRMEN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF THE PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
