Issuing regulations on publicizing administrative procedures and attitude
conduct of civil servants in the process of examining and approving
detailed construction plans; providing information and
planning certificates for construction

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 08/2005/NĐ-CP dated January 24, 2005 of the Government on Urban Planning;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning;
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto is the Decision issuing regulations on publicizing administrative procedures and attitude conduct of civil servants in the process of examining and approving detailed construction plans; providing information and planning certificates for construction.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Provincial People's Committees under the Central Government and organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
