DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION

ISSUING REGULATIONS ON TRAINING IN ROAD SAFETY FOR RAILWAY SECURITY PERSONNEL

within the assigned route and area.

FOR RAILWAY SECURITY PERSONNEL

MINISTER OF TRANSPORT

BASED ON THE LAW ON RAILWAYS dated June 14, 2005;

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003, providing for the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transportation;

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 55/2006/NĐ-CP dated May 31, 2006, providing for the organization, tasks, powers, equipment, uniforms, insignia, and support tools for railway security personnel;

PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM RAILWAY ADMINISTRATION AND THE HEAD OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT;

DECISION:

Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO ARE THE REGULATIONS ON TRAINING IN RAILWAY SAFETY FOR RAILWAY SECURITY PERSONNEL.

Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY'S DEPARTMENTS, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM RAILWAY ADMINISTRATION, THE HEADS OF THE AFFECTED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
