ISSUING THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR VOCATIONAL INTERMEDIATE LEVEL AND THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR VOCATIONAL HIGHER COLLEGE LEVEL FOR THE OCCUPATION "MINING ENGINEERING FOR UNDERGROUND MINES"
THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 01/2007/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating regulations on the framework curriculum for vocational intermediate level and the framework curriculum for vocational higher college level;
Considering the proposal of the Appraisal Council regarding the issuance of the framework curriculum for vocational intermediate level and the framework curriculum for vocational higher college level for the occupation "Mining Engineering for Underground Mines";
At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached to this Decision Framework Curriculum for Vocational Intermediate Level and Framework Curriculum for Vocational Higher College Level for the occupation "Mining Engineering for Underground Mines" shall be issued.
On the basis of the above-mentioned Framework Curriculum, the Rector of vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to conduct vocational training at the intermediate and higher college levels shall determine, organize the appraisal, and approve the training programs applicable to their institutions.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the General Department of Vocational Training, vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to conduct vocational training at the intermediate and higher college levels for the occupation "Mining Engineering for Underground Mines," and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
