THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
At the proposal of the Head of the Legal Department, the Director of the Office of the Ministry,
DECISION:
Article 1. Repeals Decision No. 54/2004/QĐ-BNN dated October 28, 2004 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the issuance of the Regulation on the operation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and Decision No. 03/2005/QĐ-BTS dated January 31, 2005 of the Minister of Fisheries on the issuance of the Regulation on the operation of the Ministry of Fisheries.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Office is tasked with coordinating with the heads of relevant units to draft the Regulation on the operation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for submission to the Minister for signature and issuance.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Head of the Legal Department, and the heads of subordinate units of the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
