REGULATING THE PROCEDURE AND ECONOMIC-TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR BUILDING ENVIRONMENTAL AND NATURAL RESOURCES DATABASES

Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 102/2008/NĐ-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 15, 2008 ON THE COLLECTION, MANAGEMENT, EXPLOITATION, AND USE OF DATA ON ENVIRONMENTAL AND NATURAL RESOURCES;
BASED ON DECISION NO. 179/2004/QĐ-TTg OF THE PRIME MINISTER DATED OCTOBER 6, 2004 APPROVING THE STRATEGY FOR THE APPLICATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN ENVIRONMENTAL AND NATURAL RESOURCES UNTIL 2015 AND GUIDELINES UNTIL 2020;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT,

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM FEBRUARY 17, 2010.

THE MINISTER, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE CENTRAL AUTHORITY, DIRECTOR OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT UNITS, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AND CITY NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENTS UNDER THE CENTRAL AUTHORITY, AND ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION./.
