Decision No. 30/2010/QĐ-TTg provides for standards, quotas, and management and usage regulations for travel means serving the work of Vietnamese agencies abroad.

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Thrift and Combating Wastefulness dated November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to the Anti-Corruption Law on November 29, 2005; and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Anti-Corruption Law on August 4, 2007;
Pursuant to the Law on Management and Use of State Property dated June 3, 2008;
Pursuant to the Law on Vietnamese State Agencies Abroad on June 29, 2009;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the Standards, Quotas, and Management and Usage Regulations for Travel Means Serving the Work of Vietnamese Agencies Abroad.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from April 28, 2010.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Heads of central agencies, and Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
