Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the "Supplemental List of Plant Varieties Permitted for Production and Business in Vietnam" including: 01 hybrid rice variety, 01 hybrid corn variety, 01 tomato variety, and 01 pure-line IR 38 rice variety (Annex attached).
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect forty-five days from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Crop Cultivation Department, the Director of the Science, Technology, and Environment Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of the provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Circular.
