DECISION
Amending Clause 2 of Article 1 of Decision No. 122/2007/QĐ-TTg dated July 27, 2007
of the Prime Minister on certain allowances for military personnel and defense civil servants directly performing bomb disposal tasks

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law promulgated on December 25, 2001;
At the proposal of the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;
The Prime Minister issues this Decision amending Clause 2 of Article 1 of Decision No. 122/2007/QĐ-TTg dated July 27, 2007 of the Prime Minister on certain allowances for military personnel and defense civil servants directly performing bomb disposal tasks.
Article 1. Amending Clause 2 of Article 1 of Decision No. 122/2007/QĐ-TTg dated July 27, 2007 of the Prime Minister on certain allowances for military personnel and defense civil servants directly performing bomb disposal tasks as follows:
“Clause 2. Receiving subsistence allowance at a rate of VND 180,000 per person per day, calculated based on actual days spent performing duties in areas searching for and handling bombs, mines, and explosive devices.”
Article 2. Effective date
This Decision takes effect from July 5, 2013.
Article 3. Implementation clause
The Minister, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees directly under the central government, leaders of enterprises permitted to perform bomb disposal tasks, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
