ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS
on hydraulic safety devices used in underground coal mines
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 98/2017/NĐ-CP dated August 18, 2017, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Law on Product Quality and Commodities dated November 21, 2007;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
At the proposal of the Director of the Industrial Technical Safety and Environmental Protection Department,
The Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates the National Technical Regulation on safety for hydraulic devices used in underground coal mines.
Article 1. This Circular promulgates the National Technical Regulation on safety for hydraulic devices used in underground coal mines.
Designation: QCVN 03:2017/BCT
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2018.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Safety and Environmental Technology, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Industry and Trade under central cities and provinces, heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals related to this matter are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
